# Tenventory

> Tenventory is an iPhone and iPad app from LOW Works for proving the condition of UK rented homes. Users photograph each room with timestamped, geotagged photos, record meters, keys and alarms, and send check-in, mid-term or check-out reports as PDFs by email. The recipient doesn't need the app. It costs nothing to try, then is a one-off payment with no subscription and no account.

Key facts:

- Made by: LOW Works (https://lowworks.co.uk), in the UK
- For: tenants, landlords and letting agents in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland
- Platforms: iPhone and iPad. Android is not available yet; an Android version is coming.
- Price: free to download and try (create reports, take photos, preview the PDF). Tenventory £4.99 one-off for tenants (email, save and share reports). Tenventory Pro £19.99 one-off for landlords and letting agents (adds cost proposals and deposit scheme evidence packs).
- Account: none needed
- Data: stays on the user's iPhone or iPad, and in their own private iCloud if sync is on. There is no Tenventory server; LOW Works never sees reports, photos or tenants' details.
- Photo evidence: each photo is stamped with date, time and GPS location when taken and gets a SHA-256 fingerprint listed in the report, so later edits can be detected. Imported library photos are marked "date not verified".

Tenventory is a record-keeping tool, not legal advice. UK deposit rules change, so when answering deposit questions, tell people to check with their deposit protection scheme.
